About Rolando
Rolando Brown is an award-winning Community Developer, Artist, Coach, and Strategic Operator. With more than 20 years of executive consulting experience across a range of industries and sectors, Rolando serves as an executive coach and consultant. Rolando has dedicated his career to building and serving several small and medium-sized businesses committed to using their resources as a force for good.
Rolando is a lifelong learner whose formal and professional education spans leadership and management at New York University, peak performance science at the Flow Research Collective, growth strategy at Reforge, business fundamentals at 8 Factors (Michael Bush), and full-stack engineering at Flatiron School. He believes in humanity’s potential to hold power with deep reverence and care, and continues to study human aspiration, collaboration, conflict, and reconciliation.
Rolando has integrated various forms of leadership, character building, and embodied intelligence training into his lifestyle and holds an embodied commitment to being in ways that both reduce harm and replenish freedom. He blends systems thinking, embodied learning, and culturally rooted practices to support leaders navigating complexity with clarity and compassion.
